0165(2,d): Licensor observed the following: In the toddler room plastic bag in the cubby area and one the side of the cubby area accessible to the children. In the young preschool classroom in building 2 plastic bag sitting on top of a shelving unit accessible to the children. In the pre-k classroom plastic bag in the cubby area. 0165(3,a): Licensor observed the following: In the wobbler room there is an outlet that is chipped on the side that has sharp edges and accessible to the children. In the toddler room in building two a beads maze with splintering edges on the base of the toy. 0165(3,f): Licensor observed the following: Licensor observed in multiple classrooms, cots in a standing position in the classroom and not secured have a potential of falling. In the pre-k classroom a shelving unit not secured or bolted to the wall. 0165(3,g): Licensor observed the following: In the wobbler room toys in the sensory area that have flaking paint. In the toddler room in building 2 the construction toy that is mounted have rust on it. In the toddler room 2 a brown shelving unit flaking paint causing the edges to also be splintering. In the preschool room in building 1 a kitchen play equipment have flaking paint and rusted hinges. In the other preschool room flaking paint on two of the shelving unit in the bookshelf area. In the pre-k classroom a shelf that is next to a bookshelf with flaking paint.
